The Lake Balaton camping season is a time for lots of meetings and conversations. We at Aranypart Camping & Apartments always keep an open mind, constantly listening to your needs in order to target the development of the campsite and holiday village. We’ve had the chance to chat to so many of you this year, and we’ve also heard so many great holiday experiences and tips from you that we’ve decided to put together a selection of our favourites.

What creates the atmosphere of a mobile house at Lake Balaton? A combination of the qualities of the place and the experience of holidaymakers! Below, we’d like to share some personal stories to inspire you for your holiday moments. For many of you, the ambience of a comfortable mobile house at Lake Balaton feels like a true mini home. And we would like more of you to experience this familiar, homely feeling here on one of the most beautiful and popular parts of Lake Balaton, Aranypart in Siófok.

 

A mobile house at Lake Balaton is like a mini home

We borrowed the name “mini home” from one of our returning guests, Marcsi, who told us that Aranypart Camping & Apartments is like a fairytale mini village on the waterfront, with everything you need.

“When I’m on holiday here, I experience a different way of life. In the morning, you can pop in for fresh bread before heading to the beach, while the young ones enjoy a game of volleyball or mini golf. The friendly atmosphere creates a real sense of community here, with mobile houses and mini homes nestled in this charming little village.” (Marcsi)

Thank you for your feedback, we are very happy that so many of you feel at home with us! We were inspired by Marcsi’s words, and that’s how this article was born.

The campsite and holiday village is the perfect choice if you are travelling with children who want independence. The area is enclosed and safe, allowing you to let your kids enjoy an ice cream or some sports while you relax and embrace the holiday rhythm and the atmosphere of a comfortable mobile house at Lake Balaton.

Plus, you can even tempt the kids on an adventure. You can rent a bike directly at the campsite, which is a great option for a family bike ride. There are plenty of attractions and things to do in the area – the Bella Zoo Park is a favourite with all ages, but you can also go on a boat tour or enjoy the city buzz.

You can come in the low season for a real family weekend, we are open until the end of September!

 

Active leisure and comfortable relaxation

At Aranypart Camping & Apartments we offer you a wide range of services to make your stay as comfortable as possible. You can keep your vitality up during your holiday with the sports facilities available locally, or you might just find the joy of exercise here. Swimming, water sports, yoga on the beach, volleyball, ping-pong, mini-golf and many other leisure activities await you.

Find your favourite activity at the campsite! Some people are keen on the beach and active recreation, while others like to read, have a bite to eat or a glass of wine in one of our coastal restaurants.

The campsite has free Wi-Fi and we have marked the WiFi zones for you on the campsite map. And if you’d rather put the screen down and enjoy nature, you can do that too. The aim is to break free from the daily grind and truly recharge.

 

 

At Aranypart Camping & Apartments the family can be together in a way that everyone feels comfortable. That’s exactly what Péter told us, as he and his wife had the classic anguish of parenting teenagers when they started planning their holidays, but found what they were looking for at our campsite. Adolescence is a challenging time for everyone. We still encourage you to bring your teenagers along, because despite any initial resistance, you’ll reconnect in the welcoming atmosphere of an apartment or mobile house at Lake Balaton.

“Finding a place that meets the needs of my wife and I and our two teenage daughters wasn’t easy. The mobile house is comfortable and the fact that it has a terrace makes a big difference to us. My daughters love that the beach is just a few steps away, while we prefer to sit around, eat good food and finally relax…”

“The girls were initially reluctant to go on holiday with their ‘oldies,’ saying they didn’t want to waste a whole week of summer with their parents. But here, it feels like having our own little holiday home where we can all be together. We even played cards yesterday, creating good moments. The girls also appreciate the freedom to come and go around the campsite without fear.” (Péter)

Romantic moments on the beach

Aranypart Camping & Apartments is also the ideal choice for intimate moments. The campsite and resort village on the south coast of Lake Balaton also offers waterfront views and beautiful sunsets for romantic moments. We met Eszter and Ádám near the beach and they were happy to talk to us. They came to our campsite for a spontaneous weekend to celebrate their first anniversary and were very excited.

“We were just talking at lunch about how we should definitely come back here. Here you can hide from the world, your accommodation is comfortable, the campsite is still lively, you can sit down for a glass of wine or a meal, so you can do whatever you want. (Eszter)

After our conversation, we said to ourselves that the Aranypart sunset would make an ideal backdrop for a proposal.

 

 

Parents on holiday

During the summer season, the children enjoyed the day-to-day activities of Animacik, freeing up plenty of time for parents to relax during their holiday. Thanks to the programmes, we met a pair of parents who shared their personal practices to tailor a family holiday to their own needs. According to Máté and Nóri, the mobile house at Lake Balaton they have chosen has become their home for this short week.

“We’ve been on holiday somewhere different every year, but I don’t think this is the last time we’ll be here! The kids love the animation, they can run around outside all day, the accommodation is very comfortable and close to Lake Balaton.” (Matthew)

“Yes, we can cook and keep a comfortable rhythm at home. We also have an agenda during the holidays, so that the boys don’t get fussy because they are still small. “The mobile house is quiet and equipped with air conditioning, allowing us to put the kids down for an afternoon nap during the hottest weather while we enjoy coffee on the terrace, just like we would at home.” (Nóri)
