It is easy to book accommodation directly on our website. There are no additional agency fees here, and you will always find the best prices.

How does online accommodation booking work?

Booking online is easier than you think. Through our website, you can complete it in just a few minutes. The user-friendly interface makes it simple to navigate. If this is your first time booking online with us, below we’ll guide you step by step on what to do so you can enjoy a lakeside holiday directly this year.

The online booking process

1. Click on the "Calculation / Booking” menu on our website.
2. Set the selected date. Select the type of accommodation from the dropdown menu. You can choose from apartments and mobile homes, caravan pitches, or tent pitches.
3. Click on the "Calculation / Booking" button.

Step 1: Available places

The screen displays the places available for booking on that date. You will also find a brief description of each one to help you decide. Once you have found your desired accommodation, click on the "Select" button.
In the “Your Reservation” window, you’ll see the dates and the apartment or camping place you’ve selected. Here you can set the number of adult and child guests, and you can see the total price at every step.

Click the Next button. Here you can add a pet and parking spaces for additional vehicles if you’re coming with more cars, or, for camping places, the option to set up a pavilion. You can also reserve a fixed spot here.

What is a fixed reservation?

If you’re booking a tent place or caravan pitch and have a preferred spot, or if you want to camp next to friends or family, you can choose the exact location on the campsite map for an additional fee.
Once you have finished adding any additional requests, click on the "Continue" button in the "Your Reservation" window.

Step 2: User details

Fill in your details and accept the terms of use.
In the booking deposit field, select from the drop-down menu how you would like to pay the deposit. You can do this with your bank card or debit card. When booking, a 50.00% deposit is required, with the remaining balance due upon arrival. The system also shows how much the advance payment will be.

Then click on the following button: "Confirming reservation with payment obligation"

Step 3: Final confirmation

Electronic payment on our website is safe and simple. Enter your card details and pay the deposit, and your booking will be successfully confirmed. A confirmation email will soon be sent to the address you provided.

Did you know that for a given accommodation you can choose from three different prices? We created the three pricing options to make holiday planning stress-free for everyone.

Those who don’t book in advance can easily miss out on the best apartments and camping places. However, it may be that you’re not yet sure what your summer schedule will look like. In that case, you can still book with confidence – just choose the flexible or standard rate.

• Non-refundable price: the date cannot be changed and cannot be cancelled. This option is worth choosing if you’re sure about your plans – take your time off and mark it in your calendar: Lake Balaton!
• Flexible price: Not sure about the dates but don’t want to miss out? Choose the flexible rate, which you can cancel even up to one day before arrival.
• Standard price: Plan your holiday and relax! Don’t hesitate to reserve your spot even if there are still uncertainties. If you later need to change the dates, the booking can be cancelled up to 7 days before arrival.
